CORK Annual Regatta
Nova Scotia sailor Jacob Chaplin-Saunders (Chester Y.C.) is the 2006 Valerie Rushton Award winner. This perpetual trophy is awarded to the Top Canadian sailor at the annual CORK regatta in Kingston, Ontario. He placed 4th overall. Tyler Merrick, ON, (7) was second and Justin Norton, ON, (8) third Canadian. There were 86 competitors. The overall winner was American sailor Pearson Potts.
